The digitization of media and rapid technological advances have made slowly let go of print media giving way to electronic, however, the poster as an expression of the design is a resource that has remained in force, adapting itself to the pace of social change. On the thirteenth time, has been performed the International Poster Biennial in Mexico (BICM), which is considered one of the three most important events worldwide within the industry. In it, Mexican poster artists and from other countries meet in Mexico City to discuss about different social issues. This time, a global campaign against food waste was held with the theme: Think, eat, save, reduce your food footprint.
Following a call made in 2014 and an award last October 27, you will find the posters selected in the Museo Franz Mayer until January 18.
